Maya had some spectacular adventures in 2015, while still finding time to kick back and relax at home. She had day trips to the Pinery Provincial Park, Marthaville Habitat, London, Trillium Woods Provincial Park and Sharon Creek Conservation Area. We spent more time out during the winter months, than usual, and we were lucky enough to actually have quite a few days with snow on the ground.
During a trip to Guelph during the March Break, Maya was excited to explore new places and then spend the evenings curled up on her comfy bed back at the hotel. We hiked a slippery trail at Starkey Hill Conservation Area, saw owls and buffalo at Mountsberg Conservation Area and checked out the cool wood carvings at Crawford Lake Conservation Area. We also took a drive to Rockwood Conservation Area which had a magnificent area with a Bruce Peninsula feel.
And, if that wasn’t enough, she went on a travelling camping trip all over northern Ontario. That trip was so awesome that we had to create a separate post and gallery just to cover all the exciting places we experienced! Check that one out next week.
