Next in our Cooking With Fire Series is a deliciously gooey grilled cheese sandwich featuring the buttery taste and aroma of Danish Havarti cheese. The best way to turn a simple sandwich into something special is to add a delicious ingredient to the recipe.
On a cold and rainy fall day we take refuge at a pavillion at the Pinery Provincial Park to cook some lunch and warm up. Using a basic Coleman Stove we make perfectly grilled havarti sandwiches that were quick and easy but so delicious.
Don’t let the cooler temperatures stop you from enjoying the outdoors. Find some shelter, fire up whatever cook stove you have and make some quick and delicious meals.
