Origins: North America, Europe and Asia (native)
Flowering Time: June to August
Habitat: Shallow bedrock soils and crevices. Along rivers and lakes.
Range: Found throughout most of North Amercia, Europe and Asia.
Use: Edible. Used as a culinary herb. Mild onion flavour. Can be used fresh or dried. Have mild stimulant, diuretic and antiseptic properties.
