Point Farms Provincial Park has a fantastic dog beach along the shores of Lake Huron. The park, just north of Goderich, Ontario, is small but well-maintained and we love taking Chloe the Foxhound to the beach. It’s becoming even more enjoyable to walk her near water because not only has she become somewhat obsessed with it, she’s started to go deeper and more frequently into the water! We are so excited to see her blossom and overcome some of her previous fears.
In the video below, Chloe the Foxhound not only plays in the water but she also decided to take us on an unplanned hike up part of Point Farms Provincial Park’s “Below the Bluff Trail”. We weren’t planning and walking up and down the steep trail that morning, but that’s what you get when you let a crazy foxhound choose the trail!
After playing at Point Farm’s we took her to Grand Bend to play on another beach!
