A “Bucket-Filling” Winter Hike At Mandaumin Woods – Lambton County – Watch The Video!

Have you ever felt like your emotional or spiritual bucket is empty? That’s how we feel when we don’t make time to get outside and enjoy nature. We filled our bucket on a beautiful snowy morning by visiting a local park and hiking it a few times.

Mandaumin Woods is a small nature preserve owned and managed by the naturalist organization, Lambton Wildlife. The trail isn’t very long but was especially beautiful this morning after an evening snowfall covered the ground and blanketed the bare branches. Chloe the Foxhound took off and dragged Chitra along with her, leaving me to do the first loop of the trail by myself. They caught up with me after doing a whole other lap and we walked it together again so that you could enjoy Chloe’s antics and sheer enjoyment of the snowy trail.
