The Pinery Provincial Park, located west of Grand Bend, of one of a few parks that are open in the winter time. A portion of the park is closed off, making some of the beaches and most of the regular trails inaccessible. The park does offer several cross-country ski trails, skate ski trails, snowshoeing trails, hiking trails, ice skating and tobogganing. You will also find ski and snowshoe rentals, winter camping and warming huts.
